1. 2. Shutdown operation: When the quick freezing machine is shut down, the operator should notify the personnel in the machine room half an hour in advance and sign off on the shutdown. It is prohibited to stop supplying ammonia to the machine room only after the product has completely left the quick freezing machine (which is not conducive to ammonia evaporation and recovery, causing the pressure to rise too quickly after shutdown). Equipment cleaning and cleaning: When the quick freezing machine is defrosting, turn off the main power switch of the machine and hang a warning sign! The operator first checks whether the defrosting valve is opened correctly, then notifies the personnel in the computer room and signs it before starting the defrosting water pump. The personnel in the computer room should go to the site to supervise the defrosting situation. After the defrosting is completed, notify the personnel in the computer room to stop the water pump. The operator should drain the accumulated water in the pipeline, close the defrosting water valve, and open the pipeline vent valve at the same time (to prevent ice blockage in the defrosting water pipeline, which will affect the next defrosting).

3. Maintenance: The quick freezing machine is a large-scale equipment, and flipping the belt can cause serious damage or even scrap of the equipment, which cannot be repaired; The main reason for flipping the belt is to place too many products or the two drums have asynchronous speeds. Therefore, the workshop must strictly prohibit placing too many products, and maintenance workers should pay attention to timely maintenance and replacement of reducers, bearings, and chains. Every week, the operator checks whether the conveyor belt chain is welded off, whether the core shaft is bent, and whether the mesh is broken or raised. If it is damaged, the maintenance worker should be notified in a timely manner for welding repair or replacement. Timely lubricate the drum bearings, and it is recommended to replace the drum chain of the quick freezing liquid nitrogen quick freezing machine with a usage rate of over 80% every 12 months. The drum reducer and mesh belt tension reducer should be inspected every 2 months, repaired every 6 months, and replaced every 24 months (including the motor). The electrical part should be protected from moisture, and the distribution facilities should be cleaned every three months, and the lines should be checked for looseness, and any looseness should be tightened; The maintenance of the frequency converter should be carried out according to the requirements of the frequency converter manual.
