The Baking spiral series uses a double helix three-phase cooking concept where the impact/booster area combines horizontal and vertical airflow. This reduces cooking time and achieves higher yields than pure horizontal air ovens. Ovens have precise zone controls, each zone with balanced airflow, active climate control and exhaust control.
